Consider Hosting an Au Pair in 2018

Welcome to my website! It’s already mid February and many are thinking ahead about the coming year and changes they would like to make. ¬†¬†Taking time to examine your current childcare and if it reflects your needs is an important thing to do. What I love about my job is offering families an opportunity to participate in a cultural exchange program that offers affordable childcare customized to meet their needs with a unique international perspective. Au pairs live with you as a family member and provide up to 45 hours of childcare each week. One of its greatest benefits is the flexibility it offers families to design their own work schedule that fits their family’s needs.

Another part of my job that I love is getting to know the au pairs. Each month I meet with the local au pairs in our group and host a monthly meeting. This past year has been full of great memories. Many of the meetings are social to help the au pairs make friends during their year abroad. Some are safety meetings to teach them about fire safety and water safety. Currently, we have au pairs from Austria, Brazil, Colombia, Germany, Great Britain, Mexico, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and Thailand.

If you would like more information about how the au pair program works, please email or call me to get more information. I would love to discuss the program more with you and see if it could be a good fit.

Happy February!
